How to Get Started:
1. Purchase Your Website Package
- Visit the Overlap.pro purchase page.
- Choose the plan that fits you best — monthly or annual.
- Add your package to the cart and complete our secure checkout.
- Review our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, then check the agreement box to confirm.
- Instead of charging a large upfront fee, we keep things simple and affordable with just a 1-year commitment. This way, you lock in professional design, ongoing support, and updates — all for a low monthly cost that fits your budget.
2. Start the Design Process
- After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a content form.
- This is where you’ll provide:
- Business details (name, description, contact info)
- Your logo and brand assets
- Photos of your business, products, or services
- Any text content you’d like included
- Any websites that you like the design or layout of for examples of your style
3. What about photos and logos?
- We make it easy to get your site looking great — whether or not you already have media:
- Use what you have. Provide any existing photos or logos, and we’ll work them into your site.
- Choose stock. Approve the use of high-quality stock photography from our library.
- Basic photos. Your Sales Rep can visit your business and capture some simple images. Our team are pro website developers and can create excellent sites even with basic photos.
- Professional upgrade. If you want polished, high-end visuals, hiring a 3rd-party photographer is a fantastic investment that adds lasting value to your brand.
4. Collaboration Made Easy
Button- If you prefer to send your files directly to your Sales Representative, that’s perfectly fine. They’ll ensure that your content reaches the Overlap.pro design team, and you’ll be promptly informed about the easiest process to follow.
- Once your content is in, our design team gets to work building your site. Most websites are ready within 2–3 weeks after content is submitted.
5. Ongoing Support & Success
Button- We’ll check in with you regularly (about once per quarter) to remind you of the support services included in your subscription.
- You’ll also hear from us with:
- Updates on services
- Client success stories
- Your site’s performance analytic
6. Payment & Account Support
Button- If a payment ever fails, you’ll have multiple opportunities to update your billing information.
- If an issue occurs several times, your Sales Rep will reach out to help you resolve it.
- Please note: if payment is overdue for more than 25 days, Overlap.pro may temporarily pause your website until payment is updated.
- That’s it! From purchase to launch — and long after — you’ll have a dedicated team ensuring your website is professional, effective, and always up to date.
Website Design Process
1. How does the design process begin?
Once your checkout is complete, you’ll automatically receive a content form from Overlap.pro at the email address used during purchase. This form is the starting point of your website design process.
2. What information do I need to provide in the content form?
You’ll be asked to share:
- Business details (name, description, contact info)
- Uploads of your logo and brand assets
- Photos of your business, products, or services
- Any additional text content (bios, menus, service lists, etc.)
This information ensures we can create a site that reflects your business authentically.
3. What about photos and logos?
We make it easy to get your site looking great — whether or not you already have media:
- Use what you have. Provide any existing photos or logos, and we’ll work them into your site.
- Choose stock. Approve the use of high-quality stock photography from our library.

No logo yet? No problem — we offer a simple, one-time logo design add-on for $150. This includes:
- An initial design consultation
- Three rounds of revisions
4. What happens if I send content directly to my Sales Rep instead of Overlap.pro?
If you share logos, images, or change requests with your Sales Rep, they’ll make sure your content gets routed to the correct Overlap.pro support channel. This keeps the design process on track and ensures your updates are implemented smoothly. However, you’ll also be assisted with learning the most direct path to provide content for the future.
5. Who should I contact if I have questions about my content form or uploads?
For design-related questions or assistance gathering or submitting content (about layout, content, or creative direction, submitting photos or sending files), contact Overlap.pro directly via the support link provided in your email or bill@overlap.pro.
6. When does the actual design work begin?
The Overlap.pro design team begins building your site as soon as your content form and initial media are submitted. The sooner your content is complete, the sooner your website will be ready.
7. Can I request changes during the process?
Yes. Clients can request changes by submitting revisions through the designated Overlap.pro support pathway. Your Sales Rep can also assist in relaying change requests if needed.
8. How long does it take to complete my site?
Timeline depends on how quickly you provide your content. Once all materials are submitted, most sites are completed within 2–3 weeks.
Domain Names & Email Address
1. Does Overlap.pro provide an email address with my new site?
No. Overlap.pro focuses on building and maintaining your front-end website. We don’t provide email services directly.
2. Who should own my domain name?
You should always own your domain name. A domain (like yourbusiness.com) has long-term value to your brand and business. Because of its intrinsic value, it’s important that you — not Overlap.pro or anyone else — are listed as the domain owner.
3. Where should I purchase my domain and email?
If you plan on just purchasing a domain but not having a domain email we recommend purchasing your domain through Godaddy.
If you plan on buying a domain and having a domain email and if you're familiar with the Google ecosystem, we recommend purchasing your domain and setting up your email with Squarespace Domains. They provide an easy, bundled way to manage both.
If you plan on buying a domain and having a domain email and if you're familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem, we recommend purchasing your domain and setting up your email with Godaddy. They provide an easy, bundled way to manage both.
4. How does my domain connect to my Overlap.pro site?
ButtonOnce you’ve registered your domain, we’ll help connect it to your new Overlap.pro website so customers continue to find you at your chosen web address.
5. Can I use my existing domain and domain-based email with my new Overlap.pro site?
ButtonYes. If you have an existing domain and or domain-email, you can keep using them just as you do today. We'll just need access to point your domain to your new website with Overlap.pro. Email is separate from your website, so it will continue to work even after we migrate your front-end site.
In short: You own your domain. You choose where to host your email. Overlap.pro builds the professional website that your domain points to.
How to Request Changes
1. What are “Site Comments”?
Site Comments are the main way for you to request updates or changes to your website — both during the design proofing stage and after your site is live. It’s a built-in system that ensures nothing is missed and gives you a 24/7 way to submit requests.
2. How do I make a Site Comment?
You’ll log in to your website’s back-end access (we’ll train you on how to do this). From there, you can leave comments directly on your site, pointing to the exact section you’d like updated.
3. Why do I need to use Site Comments instead of email or text?
Using Site Comments keeps everything organized in one place. This way, our design team never misses a request, and you don’t have to worry about details being lost in email threads
4. Are Site Comments included with my subscription?
Yes. Submitting Site Comments is part of your ongoing Overlap.pro service and is included in your subscription. The number and type of changes are aligned with the level of subscription you have
5. How quickly are changes made?
Most change requests are completed within the same day, but in some cases can take 24 - 48 hours. Requests submitted on Fridays are usually completed by the following Monday unless it is an emergency.
6. Do I need special training to use Site Comments?
No — it’s simple. Overlap.pro will walk you through how to log in and use the feature. Once you’ve tried it once, you’ll see how easy and effective it is.
