His background includes ownership of a regional telephone directory before transitioning into website design and digital sales, where he now helps businesses and athletes across the globe generate measurable ROI online. Based in Gunnison, Colorado, Bill is a father, French Bulldog dad, lifelong mountain biker and skier, retired ultra runner, soccer coach, and an active member of his local community. 

Kai Vong is a multimedia creative, web developer, and community advocate with a dual degree in Computer Science and Politics & Government from Western Colorado University. With a passion for storytelling, design, and digital strategy, Kai brings a well-rounded, people-first approach to every project.  Now part of the Overlap.pro team, Kai brings together his skills in web development, media production, and community building to help small businesses, creatives, and organizations elevate their online presence. He works closely with both collegiate and professional athletes to build personal brands, manage content, and tell compelling stories that connect with audiences.

Josh Carlson is an elite mountain bike athlete and broadcaster with a career spanning the highest levels of international competition and media. A six-time Australian E-Mountain Bike National Champion across E-XC and E-Enduro, Josh has competed globally since 2013, earning top-10 finishes in the E-Enduro World Series and representing Australia four times at the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships, including the inaugural E-Enduro Worlds in 2024. After concluding his final professional racing season in 2024, Josh transitioned fully into broadcasting, serving as a host, co-host, presenter, and field reporter for the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series, where he also created the popular feature segment Carlson On Course, airing worldwide across major international networks.  Josh brings elite-level experience and modern digital insight to help both emerging and professional athletes grow their careers.

Dee Bean brings a down-to-earth approach to everything she does, combining a love for people, problem-solving, and technology. With a background in sales, recreational tourism, and counseling, Dee enjoys building real connections and helping others feel empowered and supported. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her traveling by RV, exploring New Mexico’s beautiful trails, or spending time with her rescue dogs. Married for 26 years and the proud mom of a grown son, Dee values connection, adventure, and helping customers find their footing to grow with confidence.

Leia Morrison brings a dynamic blend of relationship-building, storytelling, and strategic vision to the Overlap.pro team. With a deep background in marketing, small business growth, and client advocacy, Leia is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, creatives, and athletes tell their stories online in ways that feel authentic and impactful.
