El Jet's started as an idea on a dirt road somewhere between Ensenada and the Colorado Front Range. Our founder — a woman ahead of the curve in the outdoor and cycling industries — saw a gap in the tequila world: no one was making a bottle for people who actually lived outside.
Our distillery sits in the volcanic highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, where the blue agave plants spend years absorbing altitude, mineral-rich soil, and the same relentless sun that fuels every trail rider and adventure seeker El Jet's was made for.
